Friend of a Friend is a site-specific fictional memoir about the complications of remembering the past and reconnecting after a long time apart.

A friend of yours makes an unusual request: Would you meet up with Kate, an old college friend of theirs, during the True/False Film Fest since they can’t make it? As you attend the fest, your friend sends you emails reminiscing about their friendship with Kate. Through those emails, as well as audio recordings and photos, you learn about the ups and downs of their relationship. When you piece together why they drifted apart, will you still decide to meet up with Kate?
